Actually, I would like to share some good news or good experience . Unfortunately, after starting my working life until now… there are too much negative “things” come to me…
There is a Weird circumstances :-
A small company has 8 permanent staffs and 2 trainees ( do not include bosses ). Both trainees are almost finishing their training programme. One of the permanent staff leaves the company end of June, another 2 permanent staffs leave end of July and August. Early then that, there is another permanent staff want to resign but management of the company would not accept and do not let her go. The less ( 4 staffs ) are planning to resign soon.
( What do you think on this situation? ) – I would not know, but is what I am facing now !!
