During 12th - 14th December 2006, It was my first trip to lead a small group to Langkawi Island..... It is my first experience and my first trip during my working period........ You will ask me is it a good experience, enjoyable or have a nice trip??
MY ANSWER is UnFORgettable. It is my first experience.... before that i never trained by my experience boss.... never lead a group.... I was not really enjoy because i need to take care of all my passengers.... run smoothly all the program.... check all the neccessary arrangements and others. It is not an easy job that what i realized. Lucky, i have been to Langkawi Island for many times....
THE BAD THING is i lost my handphone during this trip.... DONT ask me how ??? I also really dont know how was happened!!!! SIGN......
WHole trip - i was not enjoy like have a holiday..... it is really work hard to do everything. It Can bE not Eat Well and Not SLeep Well.

Office ..... Heaven or HeLL ??
Office... if you enjoy your work.... it will be a heaven for you... CHALLENGE.... or...Office... if you not enjoy your work and feel not comfortable in the office.... it will be a hell for every five or six day... TERRIBLE
Recently, i am not really busy for my work but terrible with the other reasons.... Starting, feel not comfortable, not enjoy working, tired and others. Every morning, i would not willing to wake up to work, there is no motivation for me to come to office to work. THE ONLY FEELING IS TIRED.....!!!! Feel like not enough sleep..........
Actually, i would like to challenge myself during my working. Unfortunately, there are challenges but is not what i want.... IN FACT, company not systematics but human always not admit at all.... HIMSELF always change mind, change decision, not believe the rest.... then how to work together...... SIGN.....
NO CHOICE..... now still have to continue to work lah.......... i am really miss the study period in college with all the classmates and coursemates. ..... MISS YOUR ALL

Work
Once i am no longer as a student, i need to adapt myself in a new environment -- working environment. It is worrying, challenging and a lot of pressure. In the beginning, adapting myselt in this working environment is still easy and comfortable. All the colleagues are friendly and kind. After a month, i was possible to see the whole " picture " of the environment....
unfortunately, i realized that " communication " or " affiliation " in school would be easy to manage rather that in working environment. I was thought that society environment would not that too bad.... I need to learn for my whole life....sign. It is not that easy to built a good relationship with others. NOw, I am so STRESS and try to SURVIVE in my working environment. Sometimes, individual's emotion or attitude will make you so trouble in working... wouldn't talk to you, wouldn't teach you how to do, " black face " and others.... do u experience before?????
